雖沒有火花但感覺挺舒服的。呢支07年的Serafin屬Bourgogne入門級別，陳年了13年令他已達完全熟成階段；成熟果味泥味橫溢，加上少許的菇味對着沒有油膩感但香口的薯條剛好。
在Gevrey Chambertin扎根的Serafin酒莊着重無濾過，老藤，低產量；釀造出來的酒年青時果味結實，熟成後會變得細緻多層次。”
